(1) Contact the Sales Department for allocation of your office space or warehouse.

(2) Upon allocation of space, invoice of (office/warehouse rent, service charge and license fees) will be issued and you are requested to pay within 30 days from the date the invoice was issued. Failure to make full payment within the 30 days, the reserved office shall be released.

(3) After payment of the rent and license fees, you are requested to contact the following departments:

a. Lease & Licensing Department: For submitting the legal documents as per the type of company requested, please email the Lease & Licensing Section at Licensing@dafza.gov.ae or call the following numbers
+9714-2027887 / +9714-2027373.

Please Note: The timeframe for submitting the legal documents is one month from the date of approval. (See brochure pg. 24)

b. Engineering Department: For interior work, and selection of wallpaper, carpets, etc. please email the Interior Design Section at Interior_Design@dafza.gov.ae or call the following numbers +97104-2027106 / +9714-2027006. 

c. IT Department: For telephone, fax, Internet, etc. Please email the IT Section at dafza-telecom@dafza.gov.ae or call them on +9714-2027007.

d. Commercial Operations Dept: For employee work permits, residency visas, visit visas, etc. please contact the Commercial Operations Section at commercial@dafza.gov.ae or call them on +9714-2027799. 

(4) Grace period, (unpaid rent granted for completing the interior works) will be provided to your company once office/warehouse size has been decided on.
