How can I decorate my office
You have to contact Mrs. Fatma in the Interior Design Section and she will assist you in selecting one of the approved interior contractors who will do the needful. The other option is to contact also the Interior Design Section to design the office for you.
Is there an approved contractor
Yes, DAFZA has a list of approved interior contractors and they can provide you with it.
How will the Interior Contractor get the approval
The contractor will submit the drawing to the Projects Section who will in return give comments/approval.
Can I put a sign board on the warehouse
Yes, but as per DAFZA’s standard regulations.
Is there an approved contractor for signs
Yes, DAFZA has a list of approved interior contractors and they can provide you with it.
How can I get my office ready
Contact Interior Design Section to specify furniture location to help you in deciding where the floor boxes will be and to select the wallpaper, carpet, blinds, etc.
What does DAFZA provide in the office that is free of charge
Ceiling, tiled flooring, painted walls, toilets and pantry rooms. In the storage area epoxy painting, painted wall and sectional automatic doors.
In case of emergency, what shall I do
Contact Security Dept. on 04-2027240 or 04-2027241
If I need any modification/alteration or addition
Obtain approval from Tech Department prior to starting.
Can I install security system
Yes, but as per DAFZA’s standard regulations.
